Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Wash unpeeled potatoes. Cut into wedges lengthwise. Place skin side down on a foil lined cookie sheet.
- 2. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and brush each wedge thoroughly with mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Delicious!
