1 (8 ounce) can crescent rolls
* 1 (8 ounce) package brown and serve sausages
* 2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
* 4 eggs, slightly beaten
* 3/4 cup milk
* 2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon oregano

Steps:

  • Prep Time: 15 mins Total Time: 40 mins 1. 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. 2 Separate crescent dough into 2 large rectangles. 3. 3 Place in an ungreased deep dish baker. 4. 4 Press over the bottom and half way up the sides to form a crust. 5. 5 Seal perforations. 6. 6 Slice sausages and arrange over crust. 7. 7 Sprinkle with cheese. 8. 8 Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the cheese. 9. 9 Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
