Pan-Fried Breaded Celery Root image

I often just pan-fry celery root cause it's much faster than just boiling it, though for the sake of time I parboil it for a few minutes. I often make it as a vegetarian main and serve it with different salads.

This recipe is a little bland for my taste. I would recommend adding some herbs or spices to the breading.

Overall, I thought this recipe was pretty good. The celery root was cooked perfectly and the breading was flavorful. However, I would make a few changes next time. I would use a thinner breading and I would cook the celery root for a little less time

The breading on this celery root was a little too thick for my taste. I would recommend using a thinner breading next time.
