Pan Fried/Broiled Parmesan Tilapia Recipe - (4.4/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 13

Topping:
4 Tilapia fillets
Italian Panko Bread Crumbs
2 eggs
Flour to coat fish
Olive Oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
3 Tbs. Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 Tbs. lemon juice
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Mix all topping ingredients and set aside. Coat fish in flour, dip in egg then coat in bread crumbs. Pan fry 4 to 5 minutes each side, I use a cast iron pan, fry 2 fillets at a time. Top each fillet with the topping and broil for 3 minutes or until cheese is browned.
