We love fruit breads and this tasty tropical treat does not disappoint. It's quick and easy to make, perfect for breakfast or with a cup of tea as an afternoon snack.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees . In a large bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, soda, salt and sugar. Mix well.
- 2. In a small bowl, add the eggs, and oil and mix well, then slowly add to the flour mixture.
- 3. Next add the papaya, lemon and macadamia nuts, mixing lightly. Pour the bread batter into a greased 8 x 4 loaf pan and top with the shredded coconut.
- 4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 - 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10 - 15 minutes before removing from pan.
