- 1. Combine pineapple, apples, eggs,sugar, oil and matza meal. Fold in apricots. Batter will be thin.
- 2. Pour into greased 9 inch X 13 inch pan.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
