Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Pour off all but 2 TBSP bacon grease. Melt butter with the bacon grease. Add green onions and cook until tender, about 3-5 minutes. Add the cream, parmesean, parsley, and pepper. Heat through then add the artichokes and heat.Toss with spaghetti and top with crumbled baco and serve with additional cheese. (Add additional cream if too thick. You can also substitute asparagus for the artichokes.)
