Steps:
- Mix dry ingredients. Cut in Crisco with Pastry blender. Combine iced water, egg, and vinegar; add this to flour mixture. Stir only until combined. Wrap with film until ready to use. To make pies: Cut circles the desired size. Put filling on one half of the circle, no closer than 1.5 inches from the edge. Using a pastry brush, put water around the outside edges; fold pastry over and seal with fingers. Cook in hot oil.
