PAT'S MUSHROOM SAUTE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 tablespoons butter
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1 pound button mushrooms, sliced

Steps:

  • Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, and mushrooms.
  • Saute for 20 to 30 minutes, or until tender.
