PEACH COBBLER IN A MUG image

I found this delightful recipe in my collection. There are many more ideas to make a single serving of dessert or when that midnight craving hits you in the head!

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp instant non-fat dry powdered milk
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp cinnamon
dash of salt
2 Tbsp water
1 4 oz. snack-size diced peaches, well drained

Steps:

  • 1. Microwave 1 Tbsp. butter in mug until melted, about 20 seconds.
  • 2. Combine sugar, flour, instant dry milk, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and water, add to mug. Stir with a fork till well blended. Add well drained peaches on top of batter and do not stir.
  • 3. Microwave on medium-high for 2 minutes. Let stand in microwave for 1 minute. Use an oven mitt to remove the mug from the microwave and let it cool off enough so that you can eat.
