Steps:
- 1. Place hens, skin side up, in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt; broil 6 inches from the heat 3 to 5 minutes or until the skin is lightly browned. Remove from the oven.
- 2. Combine peaches and remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Pour sauce over the hens. Bake uncovered, at 375° for 30 minutes or until done.
