Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Beat sugars and peanut butter together until well-blended and forms crumb mix. Add eggs and vanilla, mix until smooth. Slowly mix in flour. Using spoon, stir in chocolate chips. Bake pie in preheated oven 10 minutes, reduce to 350 and bake 20-30 minutes more, until top is firm and browned and filling is set. Cool and serve at room temperature.
