Steps:
- 1. Combine sugar, peanut butter and butter in a bowl and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Chill until firm.
- 2. Melt almond bark in microwave, double boiler or slow cooker. Dip balls in almond bark and place on wax paper to harden.
- 3. NOTE: When using 1 package of almond bark like the recipe states, for me there is enough to make two batches of the snowballs plus have some left over to coat pretzels.
