I'm not a huge fan of persimmons, but I thought I'd give this topping a try. I was pleasantly surprised! It's not too sweet and the cinnamon gives it a nice flavor.

This topping is so easy to make and it's so delicious! I love the combination of sweet and tart. I've used it on top of ice cream, yogurt, and even pancakes.

I made this topping last night and it was delicious! I used it on top of vanilla ice cream and it was the perfect combination of sweet and tart. The persimmons added a beautiful color to the topping and the cinnamon gave it a warm, autumnal flavor.
