Pesto Tunafish Melt Sandwich image

I wanted to make something different then your plain old tuna fish sandwich. I love pesto and thought this would be a good combination. It was! I also just loved Friendly's tuna melts and this was very similar. You can use any bread you want. Even my other half loved it and he doesn't really care for tunafish.

I would make this sandwich again, but I would make a few changes. I would use less mayonnaise, toast the bread, and add more seasoning.

Overall, I thought this sandwich was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

The bread was a little soggy for my liking. I think I would have preferred it toasted.

I found this sandwich to be a bit bland. I think it could have used more seasoning.

This sandwich was a little too rich for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less mayonnaise.

I'm not a big fan of tuna salad, but I really enjoyed this sandwich. The pesto sauce made all the difference.
