These pinwheels were a bit too dry for my taste. I think I would add more cream cheese next time.

I'm not a huge fan of pimentos, but I really enjoyed these pinwheels. The cream cheese and cheddar cheese helped to balance out the flavor of the pimentos.

These pinwheels were very easy to make and they turned out delicious. I used a food processor to chop the pimentos and cream cheese, which made it even easier.

These pimento pinwheels were a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved them. I'll probably make them again, but I'll use less cayenne pepper next time.
