If you like Reuben sandwiches, you will love this casserole. Got it out of one of those small cookbooks you see in line at the grocery store, a few years ago.

This casserole was a disaster! The cheese was rubbery and the sauerkraut was sour. I would not recommend this recipe.

I found this casserole to be bland. I think it needed more seasoning. I also would have preferred it with a crispy breadcrumb topping.

This casserole was a bit too rich for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less cheese. Otherwise, it was a good recipe.

I'm not a big fan of sauerkraut, but I really enjoyed this casserole. The flavors were well-balanced and the casserole was very cheesy. I would definitely make it again.

This casserole is a great way to use up leftover corned beef. It's also a great dish to make for a crowd. I served it at a potluck and it was a big hit.

Easy to make and very tasty. I used leftover corned beef and sauerkraut, which made it even easier. My family loved it!

This casserole was delicious! I loved the crispy breadcrumb topping and the gooey cheese. The sauerkraut added a nice tanginess. I will definitely be making this again.
