I found this recipe on the Food Network website. It looks way too delicious! It's from the show Weighing In. I would definitely half this recipe, but thought I'd post it as is.

I wasn't impressed with this recipe. The chicken was bland and the sauce was too sweet.

The chicken was a little dry, but the sauce was delicious. I would recommend using a different cut of chicken next time.

This Polynesian chicken was a hit with my family! The flavors were amazing and the chicken was so tender and juicy. I will definitely be making this again.
