A traditional family Thanksgiving recipe ... Different from other stuffing recipes since it uses both potato and bread cubes.

Steps:
- 1. Cube and cook potatoes.
- 2. Make Stove-Top Stuffing, according to package directions. (ingredients are not listed above)
- 3. Place onion, celery, margarine and 1/2 cup water in microwave dish, with lid. Cover and cook until celery is just soft, about 10 to 12 minutes. (Can also sauté on stovetop.)
- 4. Stir together prepared stuffing, potatoes, and celery/onion mixture. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
- 5. Turn into a sprayed 2-qt. casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove cover during last 15 minutes of baking.
- 6. Can be made a day in advance and refrigerated. Bake for 1 1/2 hours if cold.
