Potato Mushroom Casserole image

This recipe has become a regular for me. It can also be divided to make 2 slightly smaller casseroles. I love to mix it up and pop half in a disposable pan and freeze. This way, it is easy to take to friends in need, like after a birth or a death in the family.

This casserole was a disaster! The potatoes were undercooked and the mushrooms were slimy. I had to throw the whole thing away.

I thought this casserole was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I probably wouldn't make it again.

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I think it needed more seasoning. I also found that the potatoes were a bit too soft for my liking.

I'm not a big fan of mushrooms, but I loved this casserole! The potatoes were creamy and the cheese was gooey and melted. I would definitely make this again, even if I had to pick out the mushrooms.
