I'm not a fan of this recipe. I found the sausage to be too greasy and the potatoes to be too bland.

The recipe was well-written and easy to follow. I especially liked the tip about browning the sausage before adding it to the potatoes. This gave the sausage a nice crispy crust.

I simplified the dish by using pre-cooked sausage, which saved me time without sacrificing any flavor. Overall, this was a quick and easy meal that tasted like it had been cooking all day.
