Prosciutto and Soppressata Rolls image

These appetizers are so delicious and I have received so many compliments on them!

2 (3 ounce) packages prosciutto
1 (.75 ounce) package fresh basil leaves
2 (8 ounce) packages fresh mozzarella cheese marinated in olive oil
toothpicks
2 (4 ounce) packages sliced soppressata

Steps:

  • Place a slice of prosciutto on a work surface; top with 1 basil leaf and 1 mozzarella ball. Roll prosciutto around basil and mozzarella cheese and secure with a toothpick. Repeat process, alternating with soppressata, until all ingredients are used. Refrigerate until serving.
