QUICK AND EAZY ROTEL AND SAUSAGE DIP
I make this dip a lot ,it can be made in a jiffy .It is another recipe that was given to me by my Mom...As I go through my recipes,I am supprised at how many came from her over the years...No matter where I take this dip ,I come home with a empty crock pot..I often double or triple it ..Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.I...

Steps:
- 1. Brown sausage in a sauce pan on medium heat.Add the Rotel tomatoes and package of cream cheese.Continue on medium heat ,mix well making sure that cream cheese is melted..
- 2. I put mine in a small crock pot on warm or low till ready to serve.....Serve with tortilla chips or large dipping corn chips..
