I've made this recipe several times now and it's always a hit. The potatoes are always cooked perfectly and the skins are nice and crispy. I love that I can customize them with different toppings.

These potatoes were a bit too crispy for my taste, but my husband loved them. I would recommend cooking them for a shorter amount of time if you don't like your potatoes too crispy.

The potatoes were a bit dry, but the skins were crispy. I think I would try a different recipe next time.

Not bad! The potatoes were cooked through and the skins were nice and crispy. I thought the flavor was a bit bland, but that's easily fixed with some salt, pepper, and butter. Overall, a good recipe for a quick and easy weeknight meal.

These jacket potatoes were an absolute delight! The skins were crispy and the insides were fluffy and soft. I followed the recipe exactly and they came out perfectly. I served them with butter, cheese, and baked beans, and my family loved them.
