Quick Ginger Sauce image

Use this quick ginger sauce for our Glazed Pork Tenderloin with Pineapple.

2 tablespoons dark hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
2 teaspoons grated peeled ginger
1 teaspoon soy sauce
ground pepper

Steps:

  • In a small bowl stir together dark hoisin sauce and pineapple juice, grated peeled fresh ginger, and 1 teaspoon soy sauce with ground pepper.
