1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes
1/2 cup vegetable or chicken broth
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed

I'm on a low-carb diet, so I replaced the quinoa with cauliflower rice. It was a great substitute!

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover salmon. I had some grilled salmon from the night before, and it worked perfectly in this dish.

I'm a vegetarian, so I omitted the salmon from the recipe. It was still delicious!

I'm allergic to salmon, so I substituted it with chicken. It turned out great!

This dish is a bit bland for my taste. I would recommend adding more herbs and spices to give it more flavor.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my quinoa pilaf turned out mushy. Not sure what I did wrong.
