Ranch Egg Pie (Quiche-Style) image

Butter-flavored crackers make a delicious crust for this Ranch dressing-style quiche. Go easy on dressing mix or pie will be too salty! Prep time doesn't include cooling pie shell. With my modifications, from America's Favorite Casseroles.

  • In medium bowl, whisk eggs until frothy; add cream, salad dressing mix, bacon, and onions.
  • Pour mixture over cheese.
  • Bake 15 minutes; REDUCE OVEN HEAT to 350 degrees F.
  • Continue baking until knife inserted into center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my quiche turned out nothing like the picture. It was a complete disaster.

This recipe is a waste of time and ingredients. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I followed the recipe exactly and the quiche turned out terrible. The crust was soggy and the filling was runny.

The quiche was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would add some more spices next time.

I found the crust to be a bit dry and crumbly. I think I would try a different crust recipe next time.

This quiche was a bit too rich for my taste, but it was still good. I might try using less cheese next time.

I made a few changes to the recipe, but the quiche still turned out great. I used a pre-made crust and added some chopped bacon to the filling.

I'm not a huge fan of quiche, but this one was really good. The ranch dressing flavor was subtle but still noticeable.

I was skeptical about the ranch dressing in this recipe, but I was pleasantly surprised. It gave the quiche a really nice flavor.

This ranch egg pie was a hit with my family! The filling was creamy and flavorful, and the crust was flaky and golden brown. I will definitely be making this again.
