I would have liked the quiche more if it had more cheese.

I'm not a fan of quiche, but I tried this one because my friend raved about it. I was pleasantly surprised! The flavors were great, and the crust was perfect.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my quiche turned out dry. Not sure what went wrong.

The quiche was a little too salty for my taste, but overall it was still a good dish.

I added a little bit of Dijon mustard to the filling, and it really took this quiche to the next level. Highly recommend!
