A delicious Rhubarb dessert that goes great with ice cream, whipped cream or alone. This recipe was one of my Grams that I tweaked to my liking. ENJOY

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Have an 11 x 7 baking dish sprayer with non stick cooking spray. Combine oats, brown sugar and flour, cut in the butter. ( I do this in my food processor. ) Press half of the crumbs, evenly into bottom of dish.
- 2. In a bowl, combine rhubarb, flour, cinnamon, salt, sugar and water.
- 3. Spread rhubarb mixture evenly over crumbs.
- 4. Top with remaining crumbs. Place in oven and bake for 40 - 45 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
- 5. Serve as is or with whipped cream or ice cream. Enjoy...
