This recipe came from the back of a can of Rotel Tomatoes w/Green Chilies.

1 14-oz can(s) rotel tomatoes
1 large tomato, chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 lime, juice only
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1. Mix and enjoy.
  • 2. To increase heat, add canned or fresh jalapenos to taste.
