Roasted Asparagus, Mushrooms and Onions image

One of our favorite ways to make asparagus. We love all of the ingredients and this is great for company because you can make it up ahead of time and just pop in the oven when ready. This can easily be scaled down from 12 servings. From epicurious.com.

This dish is a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I often have odds and ends of asparagus, mushrooms, and onions in my fridge, and this recipe is a great way to use them up. It's also a very affordable dish to make.

Meh. This recipe was just okay. The vegetables were bland and the balsamic glaze was too overpowering. I wouldn't recommend it.

Not bad! The roasted vegetables were a bit dry for my taste, but the balsamic glaze helped to add some moisture. Overall, it was a decent dish, but I might tweak the recipe a bit next time.
