I followed the recipe exactly and my soup turned out too thick. I had to add more water to thin it out.

This soup is a bit bland for my taste. I think it needs more seasoning.

I made this soup in my slow cooker and it turned out great! I just threw all the ingredients in the slow cooker in the morning and it was ready for dinner when I got home.

This soup is really versatile. You can add different spices or vegetables to change up the flavor. I like to add a bit of cumin and coriander.

I'm not a huge fan of tahini, but I really liked the flavor it added to this soup. It gave it a nice nutty flavor without being too overpowering.

This soup is a great way to use up leftover roasted carrots. I always have a few carrots left over after roasting a chicken, and this is a great way to use them up.

This soup is amazing! The roasted carrots give it a sweet and smoky flavor, and the tahini adds a rich, nutty creaminess. I love that it's also vegan and gluten-free, so everyone can enjoy it.
