Roasted New Potatoes With Caramelized Onions and Truffle Oil image

The aroma of the truffle oil is irresistible. The truffle oil is expensive but worth it since you don't need much. These are just basic roasted new potatoes with onions, easy to make, hard to mess up, but they taste out of this world with a few drops of truffle oil.

This recipe was a waste of time. The potatoes were bland and the onions were burnt.

The potatoes were undercooked. I had to roast them for an extra 10 minutes to get them to the right consistency.

This dish was a bit too oily for my taste. I think I'll try it again with less oil next time.

I'm not a big fan of truffle oil, so I omitted it from the recipe. The potatoes and onions were still delicious without it. I also added a bit of chopped rosemary to the potatoes before roasting. This dish is definitely a keeper!
