I'm allergic to rosemary. Can I substitute another herb?

I'm not a big fan of onions, so I omitted them from the recipe. The potatoes were still delicious.

I didn't have any fresh rosemary, so I used dried rosemary instead. The potatoes still turned out great.

The potatoes were a little dry for me. I think I'll add some more olive oil next time.
