ROQUEFORT-BLUE CHEESE DRESSING image

This dressing is for the blue cheese lover, AND for those that like a little blue cheese taste. It's not overpowering because of the sour cream....just a nice balance. Great for the Easter Dinner or buffet table. I even enjoy just dipping vege's in it. A nice change from the typical dressings. If you like sharp salty taste,...

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my dressing turned out really bland. I think I might have used the wrong kind of blue cheese.

This dressing is a bit too thick for my taste. I would recommend adding some milk or water to thin it out.

I'm allergic to blue cheese, but I was still able to enjoy this dressing by using crumbled goat cheese instead.

This dressing is a bit too oily for my taste. I would recommend using less olive oil or substituting some of the oil with Greek yogurt.

I've made this dressing with both regular blue cheese and crumbled blue cheese. I prefer the crumbled blue cheese because it gives the dressing a more intense flavor.

This recipe is a great starting point, but I like to add some crumbled bacon and chopped walnuts to my dressing for extra flavor.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my dressing turned out too thick. I had to add some milk to thin it out.

This dressing is a bit too tangy for my taste. I would recommend using less blue cheese or adding some honey to balance out the flavor.
