Steps:
- preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place salmon in a baking dish just large enough to hold them without crowding; pour wine over salmon, and sprinkle with shallots. Bake 12-15 minutes, basting frequently with the wine. While salmon is baking, in a small bowl blend dill, yogurt, mustard, honey, and lemon juice until smooth. Add any pan juices from the salmon, and stir again. Drizzle over salmon before serving.
