SALSA DI FUNGHI image

Number Of Ingredients 5

3 tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 1/2 lbs. mushrooms
1 cup chicken stock
3 tbsp. butter

Steps:

  • 1. Saute garlic in oil over medium heat until golden, about 2 minutes. 2. Add half of mushrooms and toss in oil. 3. Add remaining mushrooms in batches as mushrooms in pan wilt. Cook about 10 minutes until mushroom liquid has evaporated. 4. Add chicken stock and butter and bring to a simmer for about 3 minutes.
