I found that the stew was a bit too watery for my liking. I had to simmer it for an extra 15 minutes to thicken it up.

This recipe is a bit spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. I think next time I'll use a milder salsa.

I'm a vegetarian, so I substituted tofu for the chicken. It turned out great! The tofu absorbed all the delicious flavors of the sauce.

I've tried many salsa stew recipes, but this one is by far the best. The addition of corn and black beans gives it a nice texture and sweetness.

This salsa stew is a flavor explosion! The combination of spices, tomatoes, and peppers creates a rich and savory sauce that perfectly coats the tender chunks of chicken. A definite keeper!
