Steps:
- 1. Cream together margarine, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
- 2. Add 1 1/2 cup flour, pudding mix,salt and baking soda and mix well. Then add last 3/4 cups flour, stir until combined and add caramel bits.
- 3. Scoop cookies by tablespoonfuls, dip in small dish of Kosher salt and place on baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Then ad one or two caramel bits to top of each cookie as desired.
- 4. Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Cool on baking sheet 3 to 4 minutes, remove to wire rack to cool completely.
