This satay marinade is easy to make and adds a lot of flavor to chicken or beef. I've also used it on tofu and it was delicious.

I was a bit skeptical about this marinade at first, but I'm so glad I tried it. It's now my go-to marinade for chicken. It's so flavorful and juicy.
