Steps:
- 1. In a food processor pulse the salmon filet a few pulses.
- 2. in a bowl combine all other ingredients.
- 3. then gently fold in the salmon
- 4. refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
- 5. form patties and fry in olive oil 2 mins per side.
