1 can(s) creamed corn
1 egg
1/4 c milk
1/8 tsp pepper
crumpled saltine crackers, as needed
no salt is needed, because of the crackers.

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients, and add enough crumpled saltine crackers to make a semi-thick batter. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes till nice and puffy.
