Sea Salt Crusted Baked Potatoes image

This is Kaye's recipe. It is quick and easy and by cooking the potatoes uncovered, the sea salt and olive oil create a nice crust that keeps the potatoes from drying out. The result is a very soft creamy potato. A loaded baked potato makes a great meal. Enjoy, Sam!

I'm not a big fan of salt, but I really enjoyed these potatoes. The salt crust wasn't overpowering at all.

These potatoes were a hit! The salt crust gave them a crispy, flavorful exterior, while the insides were fluffy and tender. I'll definitely be making these again.
