Seared Tuna With Green Onion-Wasabi Sauce image

This is one of our favorite ways to have fresh ahi. I usually add a little more wasabi - but then we love that stuff, lol. I also cook it less time than recommended here because we like it that way and I usually add some sesame seeds as garnish.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my sauce turned out really watery. I think I'll try making it again and follow the recipe more carefully.

This dish was a bit too spicy for me, but my husband loved it. I think I'll try making it again with less wasabi next time.

This dish is a great way to use up leftover tuna. I had some leftover tuna salad and I used it to make this dish. It was delicious!

I'm allergic to wasabi, so I omitted it from the sauce. The dish was still very good, but I think it would have been even better with the wasabi.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my tuna came out overcooked. I think I'll try cooking it for a shorter amount of time next time.

This seared tuna dish was an absolute delight! The tuna was cooked to perfection, with a beautiful sear on the outside and a tender, juicy interior. The green onion wasabi sauce was also fantastic, providing a perfect balance of flavors.
