Shannon's Cantaloupe Delight Smoothie image

If your cantaloupe is very sweet, this is a smoothie that requires no sweetener. I came up with this smoothie due to an overabundance of cantaloupe and it is delicious.

1/4 cantaloupe, peeled,seeded,diced
4 medium strawberries, sliced
1/2 banana, sliced
1 cup fat free skim milk

Steps:

  • Freeze fruit and defrost slightly before blending with milk.
  • Enjoy.

This smoothie was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's just a matter of personal preference. I might try reducing the amount of honey next time.
