Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, stir together white sugar, brown sugar, cornmeal and flour. Mix in butter, eggs, vanilla and vinegar. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
