Shrimp and Catfish Gumbo image

This spicy and flavorful gumbo is best served over rice. It's a nice change from gumbos cooked with a roux.

This gumbo is the worst thing I have ever eaten. I would rather eat cardboard.

This gumbo was a disappointment. It was too salty and the seafood was not fresh.

The shrimp in this gumbo was overcooked and rubbery. I would recommend cooking the shrimp for a shorter amount of time.

This gumbo is a bit spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. I would recommend adding less cayenne pepper if you don't like spicy food.
