This recipe originally came from a ladies church cookbook from First Assembly of God in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. It's not your typical mustard based potato salad.

Steps:
- 1. Rinse shrimp, mix with lime juice and chill.
- 2. Rub salad bowl with garlic clove.
- 3. Mix everything (but potatoes) well.
- 4. Salt potatoes to tasted.
- 5. Gently stir in potatoes.
- 6. Refrigerate. This potato salad needs a few hours in the refrigerator for best taste.
