Simple Low-Fat Turkey Meatballs image

An adaptation from my boyfriend's Greek grandmother's recipe. So simple, even I (a non-cooker) can make them and they still taste great!

These meatballs were a bit dry, but the sauce was very good. I would recommend adding a little more moisture to the meatballs, such as bread crumbs or grated vegetables.
