Overall, I really enjoyed this recipe. It's a great way to use up leftover chicken, and it's also a delicious and impressive dish to serve to guests.

I would recommend serving this dish with rice or noodles. It's also great with a side of vegetables.

This recipe is a bit time-consuming, but it's worth it. The chicken is fall-off-the-bone tender and the sauce is delicious.

I found that the chicken was a bit dry. I think I would add more liquid to the slow cooker next time.

This recipe is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend reducing the amount of pineapple juice and brown sugar.

I'm not a huge fan of pineapple, but I decided to give this recipe a try anyway. I'm glad I did! The pineapple added a subtle sweetness to the dish that I really enjoyed.
